SERVICE DESCRIPTION
The personal training program includes 16-week rotating workout and diet plan that changes every week along with weekly posing and body check-up along with a customized diet specifically for your goals. The trainee must fill out the weekly training plan with weights lifted and must send weekly posing pictures. Our personal trainer in Janabiyah will guide you accordingly on which poses upon joining.
